Peakbit Technologies
Peakbit is an independent quantum computing consultancy based in Vancouver, Canada. We provide hardware-agnostic technical guidance to investors, enterprises, governments, and research organizations.
Quantum computing is approaching a critical inflection point. The decisions being made now — which technologies to invest in, which problems to target, which vendors to trust — will determine who benefits from this transition. Peakbit exists to ensure those decisions are grounded in deep technical understanding, not marketing.
Our consulting spans technical due diligence for investors, quantum strategy for enterprises, and executive briefings. We draw on over a decade of hands-on experience across every major quantum modality.
Team
Hossein spent seven years at D-Wave Systems, progressing from Senior Algorithm Researcher to Principal of Applications & Algorithms — developing and releasing quantum-enhanced algorithms for optimization and machine learning, and leading applied projects across multiple industries. He holds three patents from this work.
He then served as Director of Quantum Applications & Partnership Development at Pasqal, managing academic and industrial collaborations on neutral-atom quantum computing and leading benchmarking and evaluation efforts.
For four years, Hossein was an investigator in the quantum stream of the Creative Destruction Lab, advising startups on technology roadmaps and collaborating with investors on technical due diligence across all major quantum modalities.
